We want you to love your Motel outfit, but if it's not quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund Method

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or a store credit voucher for your next Motel purchase.

• 3.
  Package and Label

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal to attach to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
